Location: the hotel was near the entire restaurant, the Mass MoCA and the communal areas in the main guest relation area. Outstandingly accommodating and affable staff who were always there to help. Everything was perfect, airy and well laid out room with piano.

Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a liberal arts college. Btw, went to city center, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel:)))

The hotel had a charming and stately atmosphere, reminiscent of a European bed and breakfast. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were large and comfortable, with double sinks in the bathroom. The hotel also had a pool and fitness center for guests to enjoy. We also appreciated the double charging station for electric cars, one for Teslas and one for standard chargers like ours. This was a convenient feature that other hotels often overlook.
On the downside, the hotel was in need of some maintenance and upgrades. The carpets were marked and the armchair covers were grubby.

We loved the fireplaces and cozy couches in the lounge areas. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the Berkshires.

We loved the convenience of the hotel's location near Williams College. The rooms were spacious with large windows and bathrooms. The courtyard was lovely, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner outside on the deck. The hotel was well presented and had a cozy atmosphere with a roaring fire in the lobby. We appreciated the availability of coffee and tea 24/7 and enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies provided in our room and in the lobby.
Everything about our stay was great!

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and were blown away by the quality of service and comfort provided. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and eateries. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room itself exceeded our expectations in terms of size and amenities. From the convenient ironing facilities and in-room safe to the air conditioning and dressing area, everything was thoughtfully provided. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The television and telephone with direct dial made it easy to stay connected. We were also impressed by the variety of dining options available on-site, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area.
We cannot recommend this place enough.

I was delighted with my stay at the wonderful hotel in Williamstown. The room was elegantly furnished and the king bed provided the utmost comfort. The hotel premises were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the serene fountain and the soothing sound of calling frogs in the small pond. The friendly and competent staff made me feel right at home. The fitness center and dining/lounge area were also excellent amenities. Considering the quality and experience, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an elegant and comfortable stay.
